Puppet allows us to manage servers in a highly efficient and consistent manner, enterprise-wide. This configuration-management system automates routine tasks, minimising operator errors, and makes it easier to track and roll back changes.
Our monitoring tools, Icinga and Munin, give us the flexibility to scale and customise any probes needed for your system. Connected to our SMS-based alarm system, Icinga regularly probes for faults and problems in hardware, operating systems and applications. Munin trends probe results over weeks, months and years, enabling us to view both historic data and predict possible future problems. Automatically detected future problems in Munin can also trigger an alarm in Icinga, giving us the ability to automatically and proactively fix problems before they occur.
In our customer portal, you will find relevant information like new and historic tickets, downtime warnings, current system documentation, hardware and instance overview, trends and graphs from our monitoring tools and network usage graphs. This tool can be further adapted in order to give you new insights.
