The agreement, which is based on a public tender where Redpill Linpro's bid was the one that best met the Swedish Tax Agency's requirements, lasts for four years, and is valued at a total of SEK 120 million.
"The Swedish Tax Agency's work is about creating a better customer experience in digital environments where the customers are other authorities, companies and private individuals. Simply put, all those who have to pay tax or those who use the Swedish Tax Agency's data and services. In this work, it is crucial to make the Swedish Tax Agency's data and services available to those who need them and it is within this field that we collaborate with Redpill Linpro,” says Piotr Kuczkowski, section manager at the agency's IT department, which is responsible for the area of API and integration.
With this agreement, Redpill Linpros deepens its engagement with the authority. The company is already a supplier of the service platform for integration and API, Mulesoft Anypoint to the Swedish Tax Agency. In addition, the Swedish Tax Agency has collaborated with Redpill Linpro in other areas associated to digital innovation since 2016.
Redpill Linpro has long experience of working with authorities when it comes to the area of digital innovation that creates benefits for society, and this new agreement is a good example of that.
"Making the Swedish Tax Agency's data and services available is important for the society to function in a smooth and correct way. Our collaboration with the Swedish Tax Agency is a very good example of how we build better digital societies together. We are pleased with the continued trust that the authority has given us,” comments Henrik Gavelli, CEO of Redpill Linpro.
The new agreement enters into force immediately.
