" It was quite nerdy but the people were very friendly and super competent. This being my first real job I got the feeling everybody knew everything, and I knew nothing. It is still a nerdy, friendly and competent workplace, and I thankfully know a bit more about what I am doing now :) "

Open Source Software and responsibility

We have a great ambition for the future and actively work to ensure that we are one of the most attractive employers in the industry, in particular for those who are our faith in Open Source software.

With the backbone of our business based on the idea of Open Source software, our organisation is home to people who have both very high levels of competence within their fields and who believe in the principles behind open source software. We value a work environment in which individual freedom and tolerance are respected and encouraged. At the same time, we want a team in which every individual takes responsibility and gives 110% where it actually matters.

We have offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Gothenburg and Karlstad.

What can we offer?

We are a company that places value on an open and informal environment, and we want you to have fun at work!

We are able to offer you one of the most knowledge-intensive environments within our field. We ourselves provide a large number of courses and certification programs involving the software and platforms with which that we work. In addition to formal training and traditional competence groups, different forums, we provide activities to help you develop new competence on an ongoing basis. Naturally, work in the open source community is something that is encouraged.

We are a pan-Nordic, distributed organisation - our closest colleagues are often located in other office buildings or cities. To help create a cohesive team, despite the distance, each location offers a number of social forums where colleagues meet regularly in different contexts.
